Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. In order to give us enough time to be able to re-fill your booking, we request that you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. No reschedule can be granted if 48 hours’ notice is not received. Last-minute cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost our talented staff money and inconvenience other clients. Thank you for your understanding.

Before booking an appointment at Wellness @ Wilston, please note that your booking is considered an acknowledgment of the following terms:

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Please note that all our memberships have a minimum of a three (3) month term as stated on our website. You must give us thirty (30) days' notice to cancel your membership. No refund is possible for memberships already paid as stated above. Cancellations within a 30 day period (i.e. 14 days from a direct debit) from a membership automatic payment may incur the next month's membership cost.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as there can be no refunds on any money that has been paid unless allowed by the Australian Consumer Law. You may choose to use your sessions on another treatment or postpone your sessions to a later date as long as it adheres to our cancellation/rescheduling policy.


Please note that all membership fees that have been paid are non-refundable but the sessions stay valid as per the rollover policy of a maximum of three month's from when payment was received.

Recurring Memberships

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment because there will usually be another client after you. So that the next client’s appointment begins on time, yours will end on time, even if that means you don’t receive the full length of time you have paid for. We have to be firm with this policy in order to keep it fair for all clients.


For first appointments for colonics or saunas, we require you to arrive 15 minutes early so we can go through some information with you.


All services must be paid for in advance, that is, before you arrive for your appointment. Our packages provide excellent value, so we encourage all clients to purchase these, for best economy. We accept cash, credit card, debit card or Zipay.

On-time Arrival

Come along to your Wellness @ Wilston appointments feeling comfortable, in clothes that are easy to remove for your treatment. Tops and bottoms are better than dresses for colonics as you can keep your top on throughout.


Please keep your valuables at home as we can’t be held responsible for losses.

Information for your Comfort

We’re aware that many people have never had a colonic or used a sauna before and the prospect could be a little intimidating. The reality is that they are both gentle and relaxing services however we always want you to feel completely comfortable. If you would like to visit the centre in advance of an appointment, we will welcome you. We would be happy to show you around and explain the equipment and the experience to you so that there are no surprises when you come for your appointment.

What to Wear

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our Site or book any of our services. Your continued use of the Site and booking of our services following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Wellness @ Wilston has the discretion to update these terms and conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review terms and conditions periodically and become aware of modifications.
