During a session we manage and monitor the treatment with temperatures between -130 to -150 degrees Celsius with a maximum treatment time of 3 minutes.Once in the chamber your circulatory system is performing multiple mechanisms and focuses on your internal organs by reducing the blood flow to your extremities. Once the session has started you do feel quite cold but it’s very tolerable. After the treatment, your body commences to circulate the re-oxygenated and replenished blood around your body to return its temperature back to normal.
This releases endorphins which make you feel happy and give you a general feeling of well-being, it also assists in reducing pain and inflammation.

Detox your body while you relax in cosy comfort in our far infrared (FIR) sauna. The sauna heats the body so that you sweat and your toxins are released through the body through this moisture. FIR-induced sweat produces up to 7 times more toxins, fats and impurities than regular sweat and the FIR heat is very restorative to the body.
We encourage you to lay naked in the sauna so that more of your body is being exposed to the far infrared and the chromotherapy.
Compression Therapy

Our system you choose either the arms, hips or leg attachments. It then uses compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilise fluid, and speeds your recovery with the patented NormaTec Pulse Massage Pattern.
The treatment will start with a pre-inflate cycle, during which the connected attachments are moulded to your exact body shape.
The session will then begin by compressing your feet, hands, or upper quad (depending on which attachment you are using).
