Why You Can Eat “Clean” and Still Be Toxic

This is one of the most common things we hear in the clinic.

“I eat really clean.”

“I don’t eat junk.”

“I cook everything at home.”

And yet…

They’re bloated.

They’re exhausted.

Their skin is reactive.

Their bowels are sluggish or unpredictable.

They feel heavy, inflamed, foggy, or just off.

So what’s going on?

Because food is only one piece of the puzzle.


Clean eating does not equal a clean body

You can eat organic, whole foods and still be carrying a toxic load your body cannot clear.

Why?

Because toxicity is not just about what you eat.It’s about what your body can actually eliminate.
